Description
In the coastal area of Risan, in the immediate vicinity of the Teuta Hotel, there is a plot of land with an area of 7,162 m2. Fragments of a Roman villa of the second century BC have been preserved on the site, which can be used as an art object.
The plot is located in the area of a detailed urban plan, according to which it is possible to build a villa on the site on the site of an old house with an area of 147 m2, two floors.
The city of Risan lies in a valley at the foot of Mount Oren, in the northwestern part of the Bay of Kotor.
Risan was founded in the middle of the III century BC by the Ilirian queen Teuta, who chose this place for her capital. Mosaics from the time of Ancient Rome have been preserved in Risan.
