The package offer includes:
1) Pre-sale preparation:
– preliminary consultation on the property
– verification of documents for the presence of encumbrances and restrictions, as well as for existence in relation to the object of pledge or debt, including consultation with a notary (if necessary)
– checking the property for legality, organizing consultations on the legalization of the object in the necessary authorities (if necessary)
– an appointment with a notary
2) Support after the conclusion of the transaction:
– assistance in obtaining a document of ownership (leaf of inaccuracy)
– assistance in obtaining JMBR (an analogue of the Russian TIN) in the tax service
– support when paying a one-time tax of 3%
– provision of services for reissuing documents in the name of a new owner in public utilities (without speeding up the process of issuing documents)
